1. Agreement and authority
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, connecting a channel, or using OmniChat, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization and administer its connected accounts.
2. Accounts and demo access
- Provide accurate account information and keep personal credentials confidential.
- Use multi-factor authentication on connected provider accounts when available.
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- Public demo credentials and demo workspaces are for evaluation with synthetic data only. They may be shared, reset, or changed and must never contain real customer, personal, confidential, production, or regulated information.
3. Permitted use
You may use OmniChat to manage lawful business communications for accounts and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for your users, customer notices, consent, message templates, retention choices, and compliance with laws and provider rules.
You must not:
- Send spam, deceptive communications, unlawful content, or prohibited promotions.
- Access another workspace, account, or person's information without authorization.
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass security, limits, or platform controls.
- Use customer or Meta Platform data for surveillance, discrimination, or data resale.
- Use the service in a way that violates Meta or another connected provider's terms.
4. Customer data and connected platforms
You retain your rights in content submitted to the service. You instruct OmniChat to process that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to meet documented legal obligations. You must have a lawful basis to provide the data and must respond to your customers' privacy requests.
Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email providers, and other integrations are separate services governed by their own terms. Features can change or stop when a provider changes an API, rejects a permission, limits an account, or revokes authorization. You may request only the permissions your organization currently needs.
5. Automation and AI
Automated routing, generated replies, summaries, and other AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing important output, configuring safe handoff rules, and not relying on the service for emergency, legal, medical, credit, employment, or other high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.
6. Plans, availability, and changes
Plans may include usage or feature limits. Applicable pricing and payment terms are shown before purchase. We may update the service, address security issues, enforce limits, or perform maintenance. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
OmniChat and its software, design, documentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorized. You may use feedback we receive to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, comply with law or provider requirements, prevent security harm, address nonpayment, or respond to a material breach. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and applicable business instructions.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and implied warranties are disclaimed. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Each party remains responsible for losses caused by its fraud, willful misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or violation of applicable law. Any other limits will be applied only to the extent enforceable in the relevant jurisdiction.
10. General terms and contact
Applicable law and the competent courts for the service operator govern these terms unless mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver.
